Sales price up to $300-499,999 - we pay 25%
Sales price $1,000,000 and up - we pay 50%
Sales price $500,000-$799,999 - we pay 35%
to the charitable organization or cause of our client’s choice
Tier 1: Sales price up to $1-$299,999, we pay 20% *$250 of that amount goes to the brokerage’s choice.
Tier 2: Sales price $300,000-$499,999, we pay 25% *$350 of that amount goes to the brokerage’s choice.
Tier 3: Sales price $500,000-$799,999, we pay 30% *$500 of that amount goes to the brokerage’s choice.
Tier 4: Sales price $800,000-$999,999, we pay 35% *$700 of that amount goes to the brokerage’s choice.
Tier 5: Sales price $1,000,000 and up, 50% *10% of that amount goes to the brokerage’s choice.
